The subscription guarantees your session every month, even if the squad is not full. The pack is shareable: ideal for a birthday party or a small group, with one code per session to hand out.
One-time payment, no auto-renewal: you simply pay again at the end of the period if you want to continue. Installment payment available via Stripe at checkout.
Sessions are split into unique codes (vla-xxxxxxxx) emailed after payment. Ideal for a birthday party or between friends: everyone gets their own code and books their own slot, at their own pace.

Frequently asked questions
My teen has never coded before, is that a problem?
No, the Initiation tier starts from zero. The PC handling test, required before teen courses, only checks comfort with a keyboard and mouse, not coding skills.
Will the price go up if the group doesn't fill up completely?
No, never upward after the fact. Everyone first pays the minimum-threshold rate (4 participants), the price that guarantees the session happens. If the squad fills up to 5 or 6, the difference is refunded automatically.
What if the minimum of 4 participants isn't reached?
The session is cancelled and you're refunded in full, automatically.
Is it online or in person?
You choose in-person or remote right before seeing the calendar, which filters the slots shown. Each session has a fixed mode set in advance (never a mix within a single session), so if you go remote, you'll only see slots open for that mode. In person happens by appointment, in the Annemasse area. Remote sessions get -15%; this discount and the launch promo (see below) never stack, whichever of the two rates is bigger always applies.
Why are some sessions in-person only?
Handling a real robot (Cutebot) can't be done remotely: those sessions are always in person, with no associated discount. Screen-based sessions (HTML, Scratch, MakeCode) can be done in either mode.
Do I need to bring my own laptop?
Yes, every participant comes with their own laptop.
Is there a minimum age?
No strict limit: we adapt to everyone's pace. The youngest participant we've hosted was 8 years old; they kept coming back, working through Scratch, JavaScript, and Python.
Is payment secure?
Payment goes entirely through Stripe, no card data ever passes through our servers.
My child is under 16, how does enrollment work?
A parent or legal guardian's consent is required at the time of booking.
I need to cancel or change my booking, how do I do that?

How does the subscription work?
A one-time payment (bi-annual or annual) that entitles you to 1 session per month, in any squad with room. Book your session for the month whenever you like on the site: if your email matches an active subscription, the session is automatically covered, nothing to pay.
What if the squad isn't full the month I book?
Your session happens anyway, that's the subscription's guarantee, unlike a regular booking where the threshold of 4 applies. The threshold of 4 still applies normally to people booking one-off sessions in the same squad.
Does the subscription auto-renew?
No, never. At the end of the term (6 or 12 months), you take out a new subscription yourself if you want to continue: no auto-renewal, no surprise charge on your card.
What languages is the site available in?
The site is translated into French, English, Italian, German, Portuguese, and Spanish. The courses themselves run in French or English.
