Veakey Labs Academy is operated by Veakey Labs, a sole proprietorship registered in France (SIRET 102 446 911 00020), based at 6 rue du Parc, 74100 Annemasse. A Swiss entity (sole proprietorship) is being set up for activity in Switzerland; this section will be updated once it is registered.

For participants under 16, enrollment requires confirmation from a parent or legal guardian, timestamped at the moment of booking.
Booking data (name, age, email, PC handling test result) is used solely to organize and tailor the courses. It is automatically deleted after 1 year of inactivity following the last course attended.
Beyond that, only anonymized statistics, with no possible link to an identifiable person, are kept to feed the figures shown on the homepage.
No cookies, no advertising or analytics trackers (no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, or equivalent): this is a design choice, not a box left checked by default. The site only uses local technical storage (display preferences, accessibility, tracking the handling test during booking), which stays on your device and is never used to track or profile you.
The site (content and pages) is hosted by Infomaniak, in Switzerland. Booking management runs through Google Workspace, hosted outside Switzerland. Payment data never passes through our servers: it is processed directly by Stripe.
We are actively evaluating Swiss alternatives for booking management, to reduce this remaining transfer abroad. In the meantime, this choice stays in place and will be updated here if the stack changes.
